Refund Policy:

All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.Sale collection items are final sale and cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may be returned (i.e. Flash Sales)

To receive a refund: Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used.

To receive an online credit: Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of your purchase date. Once your return is processed you will receive an email with a gift card number containing your credit. Your online credit never expires.

EXCHANGES: We like to make exchanges as easy as possible. Please email us at thehypedoll@gmail.com and let us know what item(s) you would like in exchange. Please allow up to two weeks for receipt of exchange item after the original package is received.

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Ok, no problem. Here's how:

-First, reference our return policy above and make sure the item(s) to be returned meet all of our criteria.

-Next, email thehypedoll@gmail.com to initiate return process, include in the body of the email reason for return, and if applicable photos of defects in the product.

-Lastly, swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package to :
